研究方向:

我们实验室主要应用分子生物学手段和基因敲除小鼠动物模型来研究诱导免疫细胞激活的信号转导通路和网络,探讨其在淋巴细胞活化、感染免疫、炎症反应、以及抗肿瘤发生中的作用及其机理,系统地研究了T 淋巴细胞受体、C型凝集素受体等信号通路的调节和功能,以及淋巴细胞激活技术在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用。
